Hi!
I would describe myself as someone who loves life and is full of energy.

I focus on having a balanced lifestyle. I am a PA in a large global company. I therefore balance my desk work with activities in the evening. I practice Bikram yoga a few times a week. At present I play tennis once a week and have joined a kayak club which is great fun and also for meeting new people. I enjoy being active in the outdoors and this is mainly my social life. I am able to meet people from different cultures which is great as i feel like it's traveling.

My family is my source of strength and I adore my young nephew and niece. I am a dynamic and kind, empathic person and like to adopt a mindful approach to living.

I am a confident, adventurous, loyal, considerate and passionate person, with tones of energy which I would love to share with someone who is grounded in themselves.
