Hey! They say that there is someone in the world for everyone...well, maybe you are here.

I'm the guy that if you treat me well, you have someone who will treat you like a princess for life.

I like to think of myself as spontaneous...for example, I like nipping off to Scotland or the lakes for a day or two away when the mood takes me, or jumping on a plane somewhere...although when I say jumping on the plane, I mean getting on it, not jumping on the roof of the plane as that would just be silly! :o)

Am not afraid to try new things out and am very open minded. While I like to think of myself as pretty unconventional, you can be sure of one thing, for the girl who wins my heart, you will never have the complaints about me that women usually have about their men as I give 100% to the right person. You will never have to worry about where you stand with me, I don't mind talking about feelings and I will never cheat on you - those things just aren't on my list. I don't play games and only expect the same back in return...I don't even like football!!. That said, I don't suffer fools gladly. I like a girl who can think for herself and respects herself. While I give it my all with someone, I don't follow a girl around like a lost puppy, but I don't mind if a girl is a little clingy...and I like to be the man who protects his woman.

As for my job...well...really that shouldn't matter to anyone on here that is genuine but lets just say that I have a very respectable and good career...and I reckon it's more fun for you to try and guess what I do for a living anyway, So here's a clue: it's very creative and is tremendous fun, it's a lot of responsibility and it gives me a good work/life balance so I have enough free time to do my own thing.

If it came to a choice between going out to a club or cuddling up watching a good film I'd choose the film (almost) every time as I love cuddling on the sofa.

Ultimately, I'm looking for 'the one' I guess. Someone where every decision in life is taken together because we care about each other enough that no one else will do. I think with all the people in the world, the odds of finding her around the corner from my house are pretty low...so, here I am! Meeting new people along the way to see what happens and who is out there is making things a lot of fun. You never know and there is only one way to find out.

I want to be with someone sexy, passionate, romantic, intelligent, funny and inspiring - and maybe a little bit geeky! I don't care where in the world you are - if it's right, we'll find a way.

Why am I on here? - well, why not?. I meet a lot of people and see it as the more people you meet, the more likely you are to find a good match. I became single last year and have decided I'd now like to meet someone nice.
